The Game Awards 2015 nos presenta la lista de los juegos más populares del año

Fallout, Metal Gear, Bloodborne

Los Game Awards, lo más parecido en la industria del videojuego a los premios de la Academia de cine, está programada para el 3 de diciembre. Con sólo tres semanas hasta el evento, los nominados se han anunciado para las 22 categorías.

Después de las categorías habituales destacan los géneros, hay algunos en la parte inferior centrados en el lado de la comunidad en lugar de la parte de desarrollo. Tres categorías se dedican a los deportes electrónicos (eSports) con dos jugadores que destacan, y uno lleno de juegos con años de edad (y ninguna mención a Rocket League!). También existe la categoría «Trending Gamer», que mide el montón de usuarios de YouTube, y el «Mejor Creador de Fans», mirando mods y proyectos comunitarios.

Los nominados al Juego del Año van desde Bloodborne de Software, Fallout 4 de Bethesda, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain de Kojima Production, Super Mario Maker de Nintendo, y The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt de CD Projekt Red . Los nominados a Desarrollador del Año son redundantes, con esos cinco estudios se reparten el pastel.
